Company overview
Abigail Michael Limited is the real-estate development business of Black Pelican Group. Its first development, The Altona, is a collection of nine residences in the heart of Ikoyi, Lagos.
Founded by Michael Owolabi, who also built IL Bagno, the company pairs prime locations with the standard of interiors that Black Pelican Group has delivered across Nigeria since 2004.

Michael Adekunle Owolabi
Michael is the founder and Managing Director of Abigail Michael Limited, promoter and developer of The Altona in Ikoyi, and the founder of Black Pelican Group.
A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he began his career in investment banking and treasury before founding Black Pelican Limited in 2004, home to IL Bagno.
